SAHA ON THE COMEBACK TRAIL

Manchester United striker Louis Saha is set to make his return from a knee injury when the reserves face Birmingham City on Thursday. The French international has made just 14 Premiership appearances since his £12.8million move from Fulham in January, with only two outings so far this season.
He began the campaign on the injury list but recovered to feature against Blackburn and Everton, only to suffer another injury while on international duty.Saha will hope to impress against the Blues as he attempts to force his way back into the first-team reckoning.During his absence Saha has seen Ruud van Nistelrooy make a successful return from a hernia problem and new signings Alan Smith and Wayne Rooney make impressive starts to their Old Trafford careers, leaving him in fourth place in Sir Alex Ferguson's plans.Another strike rival, David Bellion, will also feature against Birmingham in an attempt to retain his match fitness during the international break.
